Valuations
We provide a free service on items from our dedicated in house valuation team on any item brought into the sale room. This will be an auction estimate or guide price.
Our valuation team have over 40 years experience with expertise covering a wide range of objects.
Appointments are not always necessary, if you call in to the centre one of our valuation team may be available to discuss your items with you. Alternatively you can call 01204 775121 to book your one on one appointment.
If any further research is required a more accurate valuation of the item will be email to you with a report detailing the findings free of charge.
We can give auction estimates (if possible) on items free of charge by emailing the pictures to info@boltonauction.co.uk or whatsapp, the more pictures sent the more of an accurate valuation can be established. We carry out home/on-site valuations which are free if the item/items are submitted to be auctioned. A fee to be discussed will be applicable if items are valued and not submitted to the auction.

We can send one of our valuers out to establish values of the contents of houses and estates with a written valuation being given for the purposes of insurance valuations, Probate and inheritance and tax assessments.
Prices start at £45 for probate or insurance valuations. Written legal documents will be sent via email or post.
